Fight center

Igår var jag åter i vardags träningen på Fight center, ett jobbigt FYS pass, det är varmt, dålig ventilation, Men det finns värre saker att gnälla om. Vem vet hur länge sommaren är kvar? Jag kände mig rätt nöjd i min träning, det ärså roligt att det gått framåt, starkare, stadigare på fötterna, vad mer behöver man?

Onsdags Passet

Tillbaka i vardagen och sedvanliga Onsdags passet i Löpning, Uppvärmings jogg, uppmjukning och löpskolning som det brukar vara. sen intervall pass i parken, i slutet var jag kissnödigt, bara att uppsöka en toa, en kompis var även hon nödig. Sen var det lite staffett i slutet av passet, Staffet är så roligt. Kände mig dock inte så allert, kanske beror det på Göteborg?
