Lördag

Vad gör man en morgon en vanlig Lördag? Jo! man åker på ett Fyspass på FC! Man blir glad efteråt, men först brukar jag ångra mig…. Men när man kommit en bit in på passet, då känns det så bra. Svetten rinner, med varje övning, man vet att det kommer att löna sig om ett tag, starkare, vältränad och måendet är i topp.

I en minut

Jag vet, att tystnad är skönt för själen, det jag gillar är att springa, eller gå en lång promenad, bara vara med hunden nu och närvarande, man behöver rensa lite ibland i huvudet. För mig är det skönt, då jag har Tinnius, det blir mycket pip i hjärnan, en runda är skönt för mig.
